Hello! I'm Ashley, thank you for taking the time to read my first post. I am starting this blog because thanks to a (cruel?) twist of fate, my husband and I just relocated from Nashville, TN (my favorite city on earth) to Philadelphia, PA. More on that story is to come. I am quite homesick, and figured that since I enjoy writing I would start this blog to keep up with family and friends, as well as have a hobby.
I have been married for five year to my husband Mike, we have two dogs, Griffin, age 9 and Grady, age 4. I enjoy reading, cooking, working out, shopping and playing with my sweet pups... oh, and traveling to Disney World! I work in Higher Education and have been in this industry for 12 years. I am very passionate about what I do and am grateful to have a career in something that is important to me.
Some things that you might see here are stories about adjusting to life in a new city, infertility (a very cruel and ugly word), book reviews/ information about what I am reading, as well as a sprinkling of health and fitness, beauty, recipes, and information about my dogs aka the most adorable, marvelous, wonderful creatures ever born.
